Update to the Personal Log settings

Good evening :)

I have installed an update / mod to the site which adds adds Stardate and Location fields to the personal log posts, the same as is set up for the regular mission posts.

I'm going to send out a test personal log which I will then delete as it's just going to be a simple test function to make sure the updates are working correctly.
