SCPO Samantha Summers sat on her bunk in the Brig, wondering how she had gotten here. " You lose." A voice inside her said. " What?!?!" Summers shouted...
" Quiet, you want them to think you're *crazy* as well as an spy?" Summers shook her head. " Who is this?" She said out loud. The voice replied.. 'You.'
Summers began to cry..." Watch it, you're supposed to be made of sterner stuff. At least the *real* Samantha Summers is.." Summers looked angry..." I *am* Samantha Summers !!!" She shouted.
The voice replied..." Nooo... you only *think* you are..." Summers took in a deep breath. " Well, if I am *not* Samantha Summers, than whom am I?" Inside her head, she heard the answer...*You* are an member of the Romluan Tal Shire, your name is Karee. You *assumed* the identity of Summers after her graduation from Star Fleet Academy, and before she was sent to her first post."
Summers shook he head in an 'NO' motion. " YES!" The voice replied.. Summers's was getting mad..." How?" Karee replied. " She didn't watch her back.."
" The what is happening now?" Summers thought. Karee answered. " *They* are planing to find out all they can about you and I and what and how.."
" And then what?" Summers said out loud. " That depends." Karee replied. " Now...get some rest, and if you're smart, you won't remember this conversation."
Summers shook her head. " But I'm..." From inside her head, a thought screamed.." I EXIST AND YOU ARE A SHELL!!!!" Summers/Karee fell back on her bunk,weeping..
