Inside the quarters assigned for use by Heru Imlad's guards, an ornate hand carved table had been placed in the center of the main room, resting on woven rug. On the table, a deep burgandy colored cloth had been carefully folded and laid across the polished surface, then an ancient stone chest carved from a single piece of dark green stone, shot through with streaks of amber was laid.

One of the guard's opened the lid, reached inside and after a moment of manipulating the device inside.. closed the lid once more and locked it using a key made of a dark gray metal. After a moment, for an instant the very center of the chest appeared to glow softly before the light faded..

"Inform Heru Imlad after the Evening Rites, the End has been initialized.."
